Polish Passport from A to Z

Polish Passport from A to Z

Here is how it works. All you need to do is send us all the required documents which we will identify during a call or via an email exchange. Then, we will translate them for you, prepare all necessary applications, negotiate with the Polish government on your behalf (if required), pay all the necessary fees to the Polish government, track the case and inform you of its status. We will also translate all the correspondence from Poland for you and secure your private data. If needed we will also get a Notary Public confirmation that your documents, temporarily stored with us until the case is finalized, are the true and correct copies of the original documents.

In some cases, we will be able to send a representative of ours to you in order to collect or indicate the documents needed for the applications. We also specialize in extracting old documents from multiple archives, but both of these services require additional arrangements with our client.

STEP 1 – CONFIRMATION OF THE POLISH CITIZENSHIP

In order to get a Polish Passport, you need to first confirm your Polish citizenship. You can confirm your Polish citizenship after one of your parents if your mother or father was a Polish citizen and you can prove it with legitimate documents. You can also confirm your Polish citizenship after your grandparents, but in this case – both of them have to be Polish citizens (not just one).

To confirm your Polish citizenship you need to send us:

  • Any documents facilitating the establishment of Polish citizenship, in particular, Registry Office records and documents to confirm the Polish origin of your parents/grandparents (birth or marriage certificate, baptism certificate, copies of parents’ or grandparents’ Polish documents, etc.). In the case of a change of name, copies of documents confirming this fact (marriage certificate, certificate of change in name, and the like)
  • valid identification document including pages with official annotations (the Polish govt. needs to verify your signature and name)
  • If you were born outside the Republic of Poland, you must present a full birth certificate containing your parents’ names
  • Registry Office record confirming your marital status (marriage certificate, divorce decree, or the spouse’s death certificate)
  • Your resume indicating dates of your military service (if any) and all names if ever changed and all citizenships and when acquired, also your address, telephone number, and email address
  • Same information as above applied to your parents and both grandparents from your father’s and mother’s side (please also provide the mother’s maiden name and grandmother’s maiden names)

Please note: Polish government requires all the applications to be filled in Polish, therefore we will fill the applications for you and send them to you, with a return envelope, to sign.

STEP 2 – TRANSCRIPTION OF YOUR BIRTH AND MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES

In order to get a Polish Passport, you need to have your birth certificate and (if married or changed name) marriage certificate transcribed to the Polish version. Here is what is needed to obtain Polish versions of your birth and marriage certificates:

  • Original of your foreign birth certificate, bearing the forenames and surnames of the parents
  • Original foreign marriage certificate

We will prepare all necessary applications, translate your documents, prepare a cover letter on your behalf, pay the fees to the Polish government and send you filled applications, with a return envelope, to sign.

STEP 3 – PASSPORT APPLICATION

Having already confirmation of your Polish citizenship and transcriptions of your birth and marriage certificates we can start filling out the passport application for you and reserve you an appointment with the consul. In order to fill out the passport application we need the following:

  • Color photo – read here what the photo should look like
  • Abridged or unabridged Polish marriage certificate
  • Abridged or unabridged copy of your Polish birth certificate
  • The decision of the province governor confirming your Polish citizenship
  • Valid foreign identity document for signature and name verification

Important
Please take your current passport (or temporary passport) with you to the meeting with the consul when you apply, even if it had expired. A Polish Passport is a secured biometric passport and you need to submit your fingerprints while meeting personally the consul on the appointment which we will book for you.

The complex service cost $1500, paid with Pay Pal, Venmo, check, or money order. Please contact us if you are interested or go back to the previous page to choose other option and proceed with the process by yourself with our assistance.
